How to Subscribe
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Choose your plan
- Enter payment details
- Your upgrade takes effect immediately
Upgrading
- Upgrades take effect immediately
- You’re charged the prorated difference for the current billing period
- All new features are available right away
- Your conversation history and projects are preserved
Downgrading
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You keep full access until then
- Projects and history are preserved, but usage limits change
- If you exceed the new plan’s limits, you’ll need to manage your usage
Billing
- Monthly billing - Charged on the same date each month
- Annual billing - Discounted rate, charged once per year
- Payment methods - Credit card, debit card
- Invoices - Available in Settings → Billing → Invoice History
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time:- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Cancel Plan
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period
- Your data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation
