The Adjudicator: Get a Structured Decision Brief

Quick Answer: The Adjudicator analyzes your entire conversation and generates a structured decision brief - a clean summary organizing the key arguments, evidence, and recommendations from all 5 AIs. Find it in the Project Context sidebar.

What You’ll Learn

  • What the Adjudicator is and what it produces
  • How it uses data from the Scribe and DCI
  • Where to find it and how to trigger it
  • When to use it
  • Export options

What It Does

After a thorough conversation - especially in Sequential or Debate mode - you have a lot of information spread across multiple AI responses, follow-ups, and rounds. The Adjudicator pulls it all together. It reads your full conversation, the Scribe’s tracked decisions and insights, and the DCI’s disagreement data. From all of this, it produces a structured decision brief - a formatted document that organizes arguments, evidence, and recommendations into a clean summary. The brief streams progressively. You watch it build section by section.

How It Works

The Adjudicator draws from three sources:
  1. Your full conversation - Every message you sent and every AI response
  2. The Scribe - Tracked decisions, insights, action items, and consensus scores
  3. The DCI (Disagreement Index) - Points where AIs contradicted or corrected each other
It synthesizes these into a brief that highlights what was agreed on, what was disputed, and what the recommended path forward is.

Where to Find It

The Adjudicator is in the Project Context sidebar. Look for the generate, copy, and export options. It’s a system, not a single button. It draws from multiple data sources to produce its output.

When to Use It

  • After a thorough Sequential conversation when you need a clean summary for stakeholders or your own decision-making
  • After a Debate session when AIs argued different sides and you need the arguments organized
  • Before a meeting where you need to present AI-assisted research in a structured format
  • When the conversation got long and you need to extract what matters without re-reading everything

Export Options

Once the brief is generated:
  • Copy to clipboard
  • Download the brief

Availability

The Adjudicator is available on Pro and above. It uses your tier-appropriate AI model for generation.

Tips

  • The Adjudicator works best after 2-3 rounds of conversation. A single round doesn’t give it enough material to produce a meaningful brief.
  • If you want a richer brief, make sure the Scribe is tracking decisions and insights during your conversation. More Scribe data means a better-organized brief.
  • The DCI tab tracks disagreements across rounds. In Debate mode, this is especially valuable - the Adjudicator uses disagreement data to show where consensus exists and where it doesn’t.
  • For high-stakes decisions, try generating the brief, then asking follow-up questions about the areas flagged as unresolved, then generating again.
