Plans, Billing, and Upgrades

Quick Answer: Suprmind has four plans - Spark (4/mo),Pro(4/mo), Pro (45/mo), Frontier ($95/mo), and Enterprise (custom). Manage everything from the Plan tab in Settings.

The Plan tab in Settings shows a side-by-side comparison of all tiers so you can see exactly what each plan includes.

Pro Preview

New users can experience Pro features before purchasing. This trial period lets you test the full capability of the platform before committing to a paid plan.

How to Upgrade

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Open the Plan tab
  3. Select the plan you want
  4. Complete checkout in-app - no redirect to an external site
The upgrade takes effect immediately.

How to Downgrade

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Open the Plan tab
  3. Select a lower tier
  4. Your current plan features remain active until the end of your billing period

Checking Your Usage

The Plan tab shows your current usage stats - how much of your monthly budget you’ve used. Check this to understand your consumption and whether you’re getting close to your limits.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Open the Plan tab
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom
  4. Click Cancel
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Billing Details

Billing is handled by FastSpring, a secure payment processor. They manage:
  • Payment processing
  • Receipts (sent to your email)
  • Refund requests
If you have billing questions, receipts, or need a refund, FastSpring handles those directly.

Tips

  • Check your usage in the Plan tab before the end of your billing cycle. If you’re consistently hitting limits, an upgrade might save you from interrupted workflows.
  • The in-app checkout means you never leave Suprmind to manage your subscription.
  • Enterprise plans include custom limits and features. Contact the Suprmind team for details.
