Invoices and Receipts
Quick Answer: Go to Settings → Plan tab → Billing card → “View invoices & receipts”. That opens your billing portal, where every past charge has a Get Invoice link. If you have already canceled, use four-dots.onfastspring.com/account and sign in with your billing email instead.
What You’ll Learn
- Where to download an invoice or receipt
- What to do if you cannot see the billing options
- How to get an invoice after canceling
- How to fix a wrong email, name, or address on an invoice
Where do I find my invoice?
Suprmind payments are processed by FastSpring, so your invoices live in your FastSpring billing portal. You reach it straight from Suprmind:- Go to Settings
- Open the Plan tab
- Find the Billing card (it sits next to your Current Plan card)
- Click View invoices & receipts
How do I download an invoice for a specific month?
- Open your billing portal (see above)
- Go to the Subscriptions tab
- Click Show billing history under your subscription
- Find the row for the month you need — each row shows the charge date and amount
- Click Get Invoice on that row
Why don’t I see a Billing card in Settings?
The Billing card only appears if you have an active paid subscription with a card on file. You will not see it if:- You are on the free Spark trial. No payment has been taken, so there is nothing to invoice yet.
- You have canceled. The card is hidden once a cancellation is recorded, even while you still have access. Use the direct portal link below.
- You never subscribed. There are no charges to show.
How do I get an invoice after I cancel?
Your invoices stay available after cancellation. The in-app button is hidden, so go to the portal directly:- Open four-dots.onfastspring.com/account
- Enter the email address you used when you paid
- FastSpring emails you a sign-in link
- Open that link, then go to Orders or Subscriptions → Show billing history
I never received a receipt by email
FastSpring emails a receipt to your billing address every time a payment goes through, including automatic monthly renewals. If one is missing:- Search your inbox for “FastSpring” rather than “Suprmind” — the sender is the payment processor
- Check your spam and promotions folders
- If it still isn’t there, download the invoice from the portal directly using the steps above
The invoice shows the wrong email, name, or address
Your billing email can be different from your Suprmind login email. This is common when someone pays with a work address and signs in with a personal one, or the reverse. It is not an error, and it does not affect your access. To correct the details that appear on future invoices:- Open your billing portal
- Go to the Account Details tab
- Update your contact and billing information
Can I get an invoice with my VAT or tax number on it?
Invoices already issued cannot be edited by you. Add your details in the Account Details tab of the billing portal so future invoices carry them, and contact support for a corrected copy of a past invoice. Include the charge date and amount so the right order can be found.Tips
- Bookmark four-dots.onfastspring.com/account. It works whether or not you are signed in to Suprmind, and it survives cancellation.
- The in-app link stays valid for about a day. If you leave the portal tab open overnight and it stops working, close it and click View invoices & receipts again.
- Download invoices as you go rather than at year end. It is faster than hunting through twelve billing-history rows.
- The Manage payment method button sits directly above View invoices & receipts in the same Billing card. Use it to update an expiring card before a renewal fails.
Good to Know
- Suprmind does not store your card details. FastSpring handles payment data, which is why invoices live in their portal rather than inside Suprmind.
- Every charge produces an invoice automatically. There is nothing to request or enable.
- Refunds appear in your billing history as separate entries once processed.
- Self-serve plans (Spark, Pro, Frontier, Power) bill monthly, so you get one invoice per month per subscription.
