What You’ll Learn

  • What Master Documents are
  • The 23 document types available
  • How to generate one
  • The key insight: you don’t need to finish the conversation first

What Are Master Documents?

Master Documents transform your multi-AI conversations into polished, professional documents. Instead of copying and pasting from a chat, you get a structured document written in the style and format you choose. The AI engine reads your entire conversation - all the research, debate, analysis, and follow-ups - and produces a formatted document ready to share, publish, or build on.

The Key Insight

You don’t wait until the end. Generate a Master Document at ANY point in the conversation.
  • After the first round of responses - you already have something valuable
  • After two rounds when you’ve refined the analysis
  • Mid-conversation when an insight emerges
  • At the end as a comprehensive summary
The conversation doesn’t need to be “finished.” Whenever value exists, capture it. And here’s the other thing: generating a document doesn’t end the chat. Keep talking, dig deeper, generate again later. You can generate multiple documents from the same conversation.

How to Generate

  1. Open the Scribe panel (right sidebar)
  2. Click Master Document Generator
  3. Choose your document type
  4. Choose which AI engine writes it
  5. Click Generate
Your document appears in the panel, ready to copy, export, or refine.

Tips

  • Generate early and often. Your first document doesn’t have to be your last.
  • For high-stakes documents, try 2-3 different AI engines and pick the best output.
  • Use Custom Prompts when none of the 22 built-in types fit your needs exactly.
  • The document uses your full conversation as source material - the richer the conversation, the better the document.
