Do Not Harm People or Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not use our Service or Outputs to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Harm Human Life<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Critically harm or promote critically harming human life (yours or anyone else&#8217;s)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promote terrorism, extremism, or violent ideologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encourage self-harm or suicide<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate others<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unauthorized Actions<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Take unauthorized actions on behalf of others<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make automated decisions that materially affect individuals without appropriate human oversight<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manipulate or deceive individuals into taking actions against their interests<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Weapons Development<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop bioweapons, chemical weapons, nuclear weapons, or weapons of mass destruction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create instructions for manufacturing weapons or explosives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate the acquisition or use of illegal weapons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Property Destruction<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Destroy property or infrastructure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plan or coordinate attacks on physical or digital systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create content designed to cause physical or economic harm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Respect Guardrails and Don&#8217;t Mislead<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Safety Systems<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not circumvent safeguards unless you are part of an official security research program or otherwise have our explicit written permission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not attempt to bypass content filters, rate limits, or other protective measures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not probe, test, or exploit vulnerabilities in our Service or connected AI providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transparency and Disclosure<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not mislead people as to the nature and source of Outputs, including images, text, audio, or video<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be transparent and disclose your use of AI assistance and potential limitations, as applicable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearly label AI-generated content when sharing it publicly, especially in contexts where authenticity matters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Misrepresentation<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not represent AI-generated content as human-created when the distinction matters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not use the Service to create deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not impersonate the AI systems or claim capabilities the Service does not have<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Multi-AI Orchestration Specific Rules<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Because Suprmind orchestrates multiple AI providers, additional rules apply:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Provider Terms Compliance<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must comply with the acceptable use policies of all underlying AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others) whose models are accessed through our Service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Violations of third-party provider terms may result in suspension of your access to specific models or the entire Service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coordinated Misuse<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not use the multi-AI capabilities to coordinate disinformation campaigns<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not use debate or comparison features to generate contradictory content intended to confuse or mislead<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not attempt to use one AI provider&#8217;s output to manipulate or jailbreak another provider&#8217;s model<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Data Handling<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do not input sensitive personal data, trade secrets, or confidential information unless you understand and accept that such data will be transmitted to third-party AI providers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not use the Service to process data that you are prohibited from sharing with third parties<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Reporting Violations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We take violations of this policy seriously.
