Spark is a complete multi-AI workspace for creation and synthesis; Pro and above add decision-intelligence tools and higher limits. Plans and pricing may be updated - always check the pricing page for current details.* ## How to Subscribe 1. Go to **Settings** 2. Open the **Plan** tab 3. Choose your plan 4. Enter payment details in the in-app checkout 5. Your upgrade takes effect immediately ## Upgrading * Upgrades take effect immediately * You're charged the prorated difference for the current billing period * All new features are available right away * Your conversation history and projects are preserved ## Downgrading * Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period * You keep full access until then * Projects and history are preserved, but usage limits change * If you exceed the new plan's limits, you'll need to manage your usage ## Billing * **Monthly billing** - Spark, Pro, Frontier, and Power are billed monthly, charged on the same date each month * **Annual billing** - Not available on self-serve plans. Only Enterprise can be arranged as an annual contract - contact sales * **Payment methods** - Credit card, debit card * **Invoices** - Go to Settings → Plan tab → Billing card → "View invoices & receipts". That opens your billing portal, where every charge has a Get Invoice link. There is no "Invoice History" screen inside Suprmind. After canceling, use [https://four-dots.onfastspring.com/account](https://four-dots.onfastspring.com/account) and sign in with your billing email instead ## Cancellation You can cancel at any time: 1. Go to **Settings** 2. Open the **Account** tab 3. Click **Cancel subscription** and confirm 4. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again Cancelling is not the same as deleting your account. The **Danger Zone** on the Account tab permanently deletes your account and all your data - use **Cancel subscription** if you only want billing to stop. Your invoices stay available after you cancel. The in-app Billing card is hidden once a cancellation is recorded, so use [https://four-dots.onfastspring.com/account](https://four-dots.onfastspring.com/account) and sign in with your billing email. ## Tips * Start with the 7-day free Spark trial (no credit card) to experience the product before committing * Subscribe during the trial to keep Spark Enhanced permanently * The Pro plan is the best value for daily AI users who need decision-intelligence tools * Self-serve plans (Spark, Pro, Frontier, Power) are monthly only - there is no annual billing option to switch to.
